No problem, with our A La Carte options you can have us come to your workplace for a base travel fee along with the tests you need us to preform. Refer to our in office hours for walk-in services.
Mobile Travel Fee

Covers travel to your location within 40 miles, with supplies and a seamless set up. Ensures convenient on-site testing without disruption to your operations. *drug tests are billed on top of this mobile fee*
Federal DOT Urine Drug Test

Certified Department of Transportation testing meeting all federal regulations. Includes collection, lab analysis, and MRO review for complete compliance. Staff trained in DOT collection protocol.
Breath Alcohol Test

Accurate, DOT-approved breath alcohol testing to ensure driver safety and maintain compliance. Ideal for pre-employment, random, or post-incident testing.
Non Federal DOT with lab confirmation

Reliable lab-based testing for non-DOT employees, including confirmation if positive on the instant drug test for accurate and legally defensible results. *replaces a positive instant test*
12 Panel Instant Drug Test

Milage Fee

To ensure we can maintain our vehicles and compensate our technicians for their travel we add .70 cents per mile for round trips over 40 miles.
After hours Fees

Our hours for mobile testing is M-F 9am-6pm anything after or before these hours is considered after hours, if you need a test outside these times there will be a one time separate charge on your statement.

DOT Physical (In Office only)

A federally required medical exam conducted by a certified medical examiner to ensure drivers meet DOT health and safety standards. Discounted pricing available for consortium members. *requires a scheduled visit*
Collection Fee

For DOT companies that already have a consortium or laboratory arrangement, we provide compliant urine specimen collection only. Includes certified collection and supplies. MRO Review and CCF forms must be provided by your company.

Shy Bladders Over 1 hr
$25/extra hr
For instant and NON-DOT tests, shy bladder collections over one hour on a mobile visit will incur a $25 fee to cover extended staff time. (DOT tests are exempt from time limits.) The fee can be waived if the test is rescheduled or completed at our office at a later date.
In Office Hours
We offer in-office testing hours for those who prefer a quick, walk-in option instead of on-site services. In-office hours are available for pre-employment, random, post accident, and follow up testing as needed.please refer to our contact page for our hours.
