Consortium management is a compliance service that allows employers to meet FMCSA and DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements without managing the process themselves. By enrolling in our consortium, drivers are placed into a compliant random testing pool while we handle ongoing administration, random selections, scheduling coordination, recordkeeping, and regulatory oversight, helping ensure deadlines are met and your business remains DOT compliant.

Yearly Sign Up applies to existing clients continuing their management services and is an annual expense that can now be bundled into our mobile model.
The New Sign-Up Fee applies to companies enrolling in our Random Consortium and Program Management services. This is a one-time setup fee that covers initial enrollment, compliance onboarding, and program activation.
Both the one-time sign-up fee and the annual program fee are due at the time of enrollment or can be bundled under our mobile model.
*Pro-rated pricing is available for companies enrolling mid-year.

DOT Consortium Management with Mobile Testing
Our mobile pricing program is customized to your company’s size, testing volume, and compliance needs. This annual program simply allows you to bundle estimated yearly costs and pay in full at enrollment or split base fees into equal monthly payments for easier cash flow all with the convenience of Mobile! Consortium services remain the same regardless of program enrollment or billing option.
On-site DOT Mobile Program:
Enrollment in this program is based on an annual consortium management agreement, with mobile services and the option to pay in full at enrollment or divide base fees into 12 equal monthly payments. Additional testing and services are billed separately as incurred. Enrollment includes one discounted mobile visit to establish on-site testing, subsequent visits will be charged full mobile fee. Companies may also pre-select a urine test package for even more savings.
Base components:
  • 1 Mobile Visit
    One mobile drug test pre-paid annually at $150. you can use this mobile visit at your convenience for any quarter, for pre-employments or random selections.

  • Pre-Paid DOT Urine Test Package
    A customized annual package of DOT urine tests at a discounted rate of $70 per test. Offered under this discounted program for more savings to your company.

Can I sign up for this discounted testing model without hosting my consortium with you?
Yes, absolutely. You can take advantage of our reduced cost testing model even if your consortium is hosted elsewhere. Consortium hosting is optional, but we’re happy to provide just the mobile or in-clinic drug and alcohol testing as a stand alone service refer to our Al La carte pricing or call us to set up this DOT Based Mobile testing program without consortium hosting services.

Testing Availability
  • In-office testing is available during normal in office business hours on a walk-in basis
  • Mobile testing must be scheduled in advance via our website or by phone
Program Terms & Cancellation
This is an annual compliance program, not a subscription. Monthly billing is offered as a courtesy to divide annual compliance costs into equal installments for easier cash flow. If you would prefer to pay for this service with its components at the beginning of the year you may also opt for that.
General Terms
  • Pre-selected test packages and unused services do not roll over to the next year and are non-refundable.
  • Testing beyond the selected base package is billed as it occurs and appears on the monthly invoice.
  • Enrollment and discounted pricing begin once the first installment (and any applicable setup fee) is paid.
Cancellation
  • Clients may cancel at any time with written notice. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing month.
Upon Cancellation
  • Discounted pricing ends and reverts to standard à la carte rates.
  • One mobile service fee of $159 will be charged if not already completed.
  • No refunds are issued for unused test packages.
  • Any remaining unpaid portion of the annual consortium and management fee will be billed on the cancelation month's invoice.

for companies needing consortium services sign up or re enrollment fees are still required, but participation in the mobile base program is optional.

DOT Urine Test Packages
We recommend choosing a package based on what you realistically expect to use in a normal year, if you need more testing, it’s simply billed as it happens. Package pricing of $68/Test applies to the selected annual package only and may not be changed mid-year. Overage urine testing is billed at the discounted rates stated above.
