Can I host my consortium with you but not pay mobile fees
Absolutely, We want to provide you with the service and management you have come accustomed to and if mobile just isn't your speed we have availability for you to send your drivers to a physical location certain days of the week.
How does consortium management work?
We manage your company’s random testing pool in compliance with DOT regulations. This includes random selection, notifications, recordkeeping, and reporting, ensuring you stay fully compliant without the administrative burden.

Our consortium program includes:
  • Enrollment of your drivers or employees
  • Random testing selections throughout the year
  • Management of all test records and compliance reports
  • Annual summary reports and audit support
  • Access to discounted testing rates
What if I already have a consortium?

Yes, we do. We proudly offer professional drug and alcohol testing for municipalities, including fire departments, police departments, schools, and other city offices. Services can be performed on-site or at our clinic and can include pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion testing. We tailor each program to meet your agency’s specific policy or compliance requirements.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
There are no contracts required for drug testing services unless signing up for one of our discounted models. If you choose to have us host your consortium, a one-time setup fee and annual renewal/ management fee apply, or you can bundle your service in our Model pricing.
Should you prefer to manage your consortium elsewhere but continue using our testing services, you’re welcome to do so. We offer both mobile and in-clinic testing options for your convenience.
Can I sign up for a discounted testing model without hosting my consortium with you?
Yes, absolutely. You can take advantage of our reduced cost testing model even if your consortium is hosted elsewhere. Consortium hosting is optional, but we’re happy to provide just the mobile or in-clinic drug and alcohol testing as a standalone service refer to our Al La carte pricing or call us to set up a DOT Based Mobile testing model without consortium hosting services.

Instant tests provide on-site results within minutes. Lab-based and DOT tests typically return verified results within 24–72 hours, depending on the lab and any required confirmations. If your driver needs to be reached for further questions the MRO will reach out directly to them, this may impede result times so be sure to let your drivers know to answer their phones for further questions.
